Program Description


 The St. Lucie HOME Consortium administers HOME Investment Partnership Program funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A limited amount of assistance is available to purchase a home in the unincorporated areas of Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Household incomes must not exceed the limits below.

* Household income must be at least $25,000

 Applicants must have the following in order to apply:

  • A mortgage pre-approval from a participating lender;
  • A contract to purchase a home in unincorporated Martin or St. Lucie County;
  • A homebuyer education certificate from a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency;
  • A signed and completed application. Applications can be requested by contacting the offices below.

Applications will be accepted beginning March 19, 2018. 

The last day to submit an application is March 23, 2018.
