Tuesday, October 19, 2010 - Yoga Classes Underway At The Fenn Center

St. Lucie County's Parks and Recreation Services is offering fall yoga classes Monday evenings at the Havert L. Fenn Center.

Bring balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit through yoga. Yoga helps with strength, flexibility, range of motion, and balance.  It calms the mind, while reducing stress and anxiety. 

Participants ages 16 and up are invited to attend class each Monday from 7 - 8 p.m. The cost for the class is $32 a month or $9 per class for the daily drop in rate.
